Molvizar is an interesting and up and coming village, under the jurisdiction of Salobrena town hall. It is little more than five minutes from Salobrena beach by car.
The village has a backdrop of mountains with easy access onto the main Granada road, it is about 75 minutes drive to the ski resort of Sierra Nevada
Motril Golf (Los Moriscos) is about 10 minutes drive but in the near future there will be a new golf course built on the edge of Molvizar village. This is of course creating much interest and speculation about the future price of property. Now is the time to invest.
